Oriental Medicine Diagnostic App
Diagnosis in Oriental medicine, which requires many years of experience even for a specialist, can now be easily performed using this app.
By answering the fifteen simple questions asked in this app, you can find out your “Oriental medicine type.”
In Oriental medical theory, various phenomena, such as natural occurrences, social phenomena, and human physiology, are classified into five elements.
Thus, your type can be used as a reference for everything in your life, from medicine to lifestyle, diet, and exercise.
This app includes the “Five Viscera Score (FVS)” (also referred to as the Mibyou Score, or MBS) that I developed.
FVS questions were selected based on a statistical analysis of data accumulated over the 2000-year history of Oriental medicine.
There is ample evidence to support the reliability and validity of the FVS, as demonstrated in many studies published in academic journals.
Recent studies have shown that the FVS can predict the frailty of healthy middle-aged to elderly people.
Reasons for developing this app
This app avoids the limitations of paper media, such as “getting used to the order of questions,” “making input mistakes or calculation errors,” and “requiring at least five minutes to input the data and calculate the results based on gender and age.”
This app shortens the time required to about 90 seconds.
This app does not send or store personal information.
Copyright
The trademark and copyright for the FVS (MBS) are owned by Taro Tomura.
Modification, duplication, or re-distribution of the app, or the use of the app or its questions at schools or public events without the permission of the copyright holder is strictly prohibited.
In addition, the use of the terms “five viscera score (FVS),” “mibyou score (MBS),” or “Taro Tomura” for commercial purposes without the permission of the copyright holder is strictly prohibited.
